The Democrats of House District 41, Arapahoe County, invite you to our monthly meeting on Thursday June 28th.  Please arrive early at 6:30pm for socializing and conversation with your fellow Democrats in the House District. The meeting will start at 7pm.

7:00 p.m- Welcome & Call to Order by Chair or Presiding Officer

-Introduce Officers & Elected Officials
-Call for General Orders – Adopt Agenda Approval of Minutes from 24 May 2018

7:05 – General Business: 
-Exec. Board Reports/District Business:1. More PCP and VAN trainings have been scheduled. Check the county party’s website calendar for the dates and the times

-People to People (P2P): Comments from those who Canvassed May 26.

-HD 41 is asked to join the County Canvass Launch that will be held on Saturday, July 7, 8:30 – Noon – Breakfast will be served

-HD 41 Holiday Party: Venue must be reserved, Planning Committee Needed* 5. Other Business – Rise, Speak Up**HD 41 Action Item/Participation needed with events!

— Rep. Melton will give a Summer Interim Report and Campaign Update at our July meeting

7:25 Featured Program/ Guest Speaker (tent.): 
-Rep. Dave Young of Greeley and/or Bernard Douthit, Candidate(s) for State Treasurer, followed by Q&A

7:55- Presentation 
Randee Webb, Ballot spokesperson on the proposed statutory (law) initiative for SAFER SETBACKS. She will provide a campaign update and talk about findings from a new study about fracking and health. Also, she has offered to give a training from 8:30-9:00 for anyone interested in circulating this petition all of July.
