HD41 Canvas Day- September

PCP's and House District 41 Democrats, please share and plan to participate in our monthly canvassing day on Saturday, August 26th. We will canvas 1-2 precincts to get word out to our fellow Dems regarding how they can participate and become active. Please remmber to wear comfortable cloithing as well as bring water and any necessities as you walk. Your list will be causual, 25-30 doors, and will take about 2 hours to complete. Plan on arriving at 10am at Arapahoe Dems HQ for a brief explanation of the area to canvas. At 10:30, we head out to our neighborhoods.

OFA Vote.org Voter Registration Training

OFA  (Organizing for Action) is the continuing organization from 2012′ Barack Obama campaign. (OFA was the field and fundraising arm of the campaign of Barack Obama in 2012). Learn about the rules and most successful strategies for voter registration in your community. After this training, future voter reg actions will be occurring within OFA-Colorado's neighborhood teams to focus efforts at the local level. This is the regular monthly meeting (4th Mondays) for House District 41 Democrats. Meet n’ Greet begins at 6:30; Call to order is at 7:00 p.m. This is a public meeting. First Tuesday Group- October Monthly Meeting

What is the First Tuesday Group?: The First Tuesday Group was formed from the volunteers of the Aurora efforts of the 2012 Barack Obama Campaign. The volunteers wanted to keep their activism alive post 2012, and hence the group was born. The group sought to remain active through a “First Tuesday” of the month meeting to talk about community and hear from community leaders.
